Connection Problem to The World

Hi this is Haven Umm can u Helped me with my problem
i cant Connect to the World Dunno why
Before The connection gone wrong i was playing and My name was HexxMe because my name
was Already exist RollinOnFloorLaughing there's some one stole my name Be careful Gm's

Note: My name in the is not Haven its HexxMe and Hexane Very Happy

Hope you can fixed/helped with my problem ...... As soon as Possible

So you can login to your account, but not your character? Try reinstalling the game, if it still happens, delete the config files and patch. If it STILL happens then it's a database/hosting problem.
